We strive for punctuality. Customers must ensure garments are available at the designated pickup time. For unattended pickups, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged before our team takes possession.

While we exercise maximum care, we follow the care labels on your garments. We are not responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or color loss during the cleaning process.

All services must be paid for upon scheduling or delivery as per your account tier. Prices are subject to change based on garment type, material complexity, and specialized stain removal requirements.

Users are responsible for checking pockets for valuables. Gold Standard Laundry is not liable for items such as jewelry, cash, or electronics left inside garments during the cleaning process.
